Syndicate Wine Bar will be hosting a class on De-Escalation in the Workplace, taught by one of our own bartenders, Matt Brady. Matt is a trained police officer and emergency responder that has worked with Washington County for many years. As a trained educator for the American Red Cross, Matt teaches First Aid & CPR and de-escalation in many emergency rooms around Oregon. We trust Matt’s teaching style (hands-on/practical) to better equip us with safety measures we can all use. He knows many of our stories from the past 5 years and has wanted to provide us all a more de-escalatory response for our dining rooms and retailed spaces.
